Finding a spring mix as my base, I add in goji berries, blueberries, brazil nuts, cashews, apricot seeds, tomatoes, nutritional flakes, pink salt, and balsamic vinaigrette.

While I’m away from home for treatment, I have been in recovery at The Baker House in East Hampton. It’s my home away from home.
I stay in the same room, get familiar with the area and explore alone when I’m up for it but some nights I just come to their home and fully relax with a healthy dinner and watch “Molly’s Game” because it reminds me of how strong you can be even when your faced with adversity.
The struggle never leaves you but you can push past a hard time and rebuild around a new space in your newfound slice of the world.
You are what you physically eat.
You are what you mentally consume.
Watch them both because it’s quite easy to turn toxic.
