The Newbees will be performing a free, outdoor concert at Westport Village on July 20th from 6-8 pm, in the back parking lot between Oberer’s Flowers and Napa River Grill. The Newbees are a 12-piece rock n’ roll ensemble from Covington, featuring horns, strings, and powerhouse vocals. The Newbees are known for their incredible Beatles renditions, as well as original songs.
Friends from Norton Healthcare will be on-site providing free registration for ‘Bike to Beat Cancer,’ a ride supporting cancer prevention initiatives. St. Albert the Great School will be providing concert-goers enrollment information and the chance to win a special gift basket.
Food and drink will be available for purchase from Westport Whiskey & Wine, the Coffee Zone, Artesano Tapas y Mas, Longshot Lobsta food truck, the Blue Crab food truck, Zi Olive, and the Cookie Cabin.
Over 14 Westport Village participating retailers will be offering day-of discounts and sidewalk sales for concert attendees. More information will be provided through social media.
