Have a holly, jolly Christmas … And if you’re having a problem with the jolly part, drop by Miracle on Market for an adult beverage and you’ll be right on your way to jolly island; which is an island close to the Island for Misfit Toys.
The bar called Miracle is located on Market St. in Louisville’s NuLu neighborhood. The bar is brought to you by the partners of Rye; a restaurant and cocktail bar in NuLu. Last year, the partners revamped Rye’s bar into Miracle, but this year Miracle is located in The Green Building, nearby at 732 E. Market St.
The holiday themed concept started four years ago in New York and has expanded to 50 locations this year. Louisville is one of the 50 cities around the world to host a version of Miracle, which all opened Friday, Nov. 24, and continue through Christmas Eve.
Drinks and small bites will be served 5 p.m.-midnight Sundays through Thursdays and 5 p.m.-2 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays. Small bites include: Chex Mix, mixed nuts and puppy chow.
So if you love watching Christmas movies, singing your heart out to Christmas songs and generally love being surrounded by Christmas decorations? Miracle on Market is the spot for you this holiday season.
Bonus: Get all the holiday joyful feels for a place that gives back; a portion of all sales will be donated to the Food Literacy Project.
