One day no matter how hard we try to stick around, we’ll expire.
We’ll expire from friends, family, love, situations, careers, and everything else under the sun. Having this relevation can be terrifying and / or liberating because not even the most pragmatic individual will fear it and not even the biggest daredevil can own it.
We all posess both inside, we just have to dig a little deeper to find the part or parts we think we’re missing.
Today’s date is the expiration for someone’s life, someone’s love, someone’s hate, someone’s hopes, and so many possible moments.
Since we can’t predict the future, we must learn to plan for a better minute to approach by activating our capability to love ourselves and to try not to take the lows too low because there will be more highs.
Since it’s all temporary, we must activate that fact into action by living in the NOW; the past can’t be changed and the present can’t be seen but we can live with hopes to see the light, the smiles, and the joy. But we musn’t just see, we must feel it with warmth in our heart, a hug with the ones we love, the sound of the crickets outside of your window, and the taste of expressing love verbally.
Try this: Tell one person today how amazing they are and how much love you feel because of their existence. After you tell them, watch the light ignite a warmth and connectivity from the idea that they’re accepted and cared for.
The slightest movement can create an expiration into a rapid pace that cannot be prolonged with the push of the pause button because there isn’t a pause, it’s real life, live and in living color. So hit the play button in your life and don’t forget to capture your moments of happiness. No matter how memorable nor passive.
Or in this case, it’s a snapchat filter that I can’t get enough of because it brings me bliss from the simplicity of living in this captured moment; glitter dust and all. It’s fleeting and literally gone in the push of a button.
Take note of what is good for you and grab your life with both hands so you may live it before it’s too late and just like with this post … It comes to an end.
