What motivates me? These three faces.
They observe so much every single day. Although they may be in different stages of life, they’re still developing as they watch their mother, insta-dad, father, and insta-mom (me) work, live, love, give, struggle, succeed, speak, practice, and so much more.
While my imprint is only from the last three years, it is still prominent enough to impact them today, tomorrow, and years to come. This is a great reminder and motivator for me to be the very best version of myself as much as possible. I of course want to be amazing every second of every day but the reality of that desire is that perfection is not reality.
Reality has it’s highs and lows which keeps the balance during each phase amd season we all grow through. Notice I wrote “grow” instead of “go” … Going can be passive while growth is intentional.
Intention is everything. I intend on living a life worth observing for my insta-kids.
One of my favorite reminders to be my best is a poem that was on my refrigerator as a little girl which still impacts me today.
