Did you go outside today? Wasn’t it glorious?
The sunshine is intoxicating.
Gazing into the sun creates those little dots when we blink our eyes. It never fails to do so but we always repeat the same activity. Why? I can’t speak for you but personally I’m amazed by the intense feeling it brings to my sight and to my mind just breathing and thinking of just that moment and a sunset is the completion of the day.
Yay, we survived another day!
I read an article that stated how we can be in nature and it will bring us better health mentally. I suppose this explains my intense love of photographing Cherokee Park, flowers, sunshine, beaches, et cetera. *Check my IG for evidence.
Taking a stroll outside it can also increase your creativity. Research published in the Journal of Experimental Psychology found that walking increases creative production. And while walking anywhere — whether through the park or wherever — it’s beneficial because it prompts creativity as you experience and absorb your surroundings.
Research has found that the actual act of spending time outside also influences novelty. Nature for the win!
