Google is fine and all, but I believe it’s time we start speaking to the one person we know that will give it to us straight. The person that will tell us what feels right, what feels wrong, how sick we really feel, and most importantly this person will tell you when your mind any body are near things they’re meant to be near, and it will also tell you when to run away from situations based on the “gut feeling” we get from time to time.
Are you wondering how you’ll ever find this person? Well, you already know them. This genius human being full of knowledge and intuition is inside of you. Yes, the amazing and talented voice that knows you better than any search engine can or will is you. You just have to learn how to meditate and truly listen to the thoughts that enter your mind. Don’t let it be the grocery list you forgot, or work issue, or the wedding you may be planning, or the heart you may be mending, and anything / everything else.
Meditating allows us to FIND OUR VOICE. Not the voice that is shouting out all of your to-do lists, it’s the kind and loving voice that is checking in on us; letting us know how we really feel. This feeling is as comforting as reminding us how good a hug can feel from your parents or partner. It can also be the voice that tells you that you’re on the wrong path with the wrong person, career, journey, et cetera.
No matter what the inner voice / dialogue says, it is telling you where HOME is for your.

They’re there when I need them and are truly inspirational human beings. All of these things make me feel like I’m at home because my soul is at ease in these situation It’s the resting voice that reassures you that you’re exactly where you should be.
Your inner voice speaks from your heart and spirit, it guides you to where you belong. You may not understand the process which is okay; I’m still trying to work it all out. Just find your inner meditation voice, it’s dying to meet you and tell you what’s up.
