It’s Monday, yay! A new day is here!!! Make the most of it with these 4 easy steps!
1) Smile – Smile as soon as your eyes open.
This day is a gift. Your life is a gift. Wake up and kill today with your smile. Your incredibly intoxicating smile. No one else has your exact smile so show it off.
2) Stretch – Stretch as you get out of bed.
All of my challenge group ladies are wearing their muscles down each day. Wake up, stretch them out and breathe a few deep breaths. It feels soothing just typing it.
3) Hydrate your little bod!
If you’re like me, I go for coffee then water so this is a challenge for me as well. Drinking water before your coffee can hydrate your body with what it really needs rather than an immediate caffeine boost.
4) Create a list of at least 5 things you want / need to accomplish for the day.
Prioritize the list. Put yourself on that list. Get some time on that list for you. You have to stay true to yourself, this can be a daily struggle when life throws a million things our way quite frequently.
So stop. Listen. Create a positive mindset and attack the day! Sing with me “This little light of mine, I’m gonna let it shine.”
Let your light shine. Throw some glitter and love around everywhere you can.
