Kindness is the most beautiful and compassionate action a you can show others. Even to people that are not kind to you. These are the people you must be the most kind to.
Plato said to “be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle.” Take this quote into consideration when you think about any person that treats you badly. The way they treat you is a direct reflection to how they feel about themselves or a battle they are fighting.
When you think of a bully try to sympathize with them. Sympathizing with the person that is being mean shows your compassion and your ability to be kind to them; it is the most beautiful and raw act of kindness.
Treat others the way you wish they would treat you. Love others the way you wish they loved you. The love you put into the universe will come back to you. Love receives love. Kindness receives kindness.
