This salad has more protein than I usually consume, but I’m trying a new diet and choosing to follow the recommendations provided.
Salad Recipe:
- 3 Cups of Spinach
- 1 Cup of Super Greens Mix
- 2 Hard-Cooked Eggs
- 2 Strips of Turkey Bacon
- 5 Mushrooms
- 1/4 Cup of Feta Cheese
- Light Amount of Balsamic Dressing
