Beauty isn’t just a visuals, it’s an inner light that shines brighter than any flash covered object.
Did you know that the average adult heart beats 72 times a minute; 100,000 times a day; 3,600,000 times a year?
Falling in love causes our body to release a flood of feel-good chemicals that trigger specific physical reactions. This internal elixir of love is responsible for making our cheeks flush, our palms sweat and our hearts race.
We try to protect our hearts with metaphorical walls but once the words of walls go up, the heart is secluded and lonely. But be careful with how well the walls is built … Isolation breeds beasts that can take years to tame.
It’s interesting to think that the walls give our hearts a safe sanctuary within our chest. But the reality is that nothing can help keep our hearts safe inside of its encompassing structure.
Safety is an illusion.
Wearing your heart on your sleeve and giving it to others is just as dangerous as caging it up and keeping it just to yourself. The negative self-talk adds insult to injury and turns the comfort of dwelling into a dungeon without an escape route.
Suddenly self-preservation turns into a form of mutilation. Turn the scissors around and cut the restraints.
Love yourself and let love run free. The visuals of actually running free are only beautiful when reality mirrors what you have in your heart.

If the study is correct, my heart has had 122,400,000 beats that survived heartache that I believed would kill me but here I am.
The purest form of light is love. Attract it. Chase it. Be it. Breathe it. Life is too beautiful not to.
For my single girls. The struggle is only as real as you make it. Cut the cord.
