One of each. One psychologist to change one light bulb.

The challenging part of the joke is that the light bulb has to want to change.

As the world spins as fast as it can just as fast as sand (or glitter) can fall in an hourglass, we have to have a desire to change with it.

When we don’t we’ll simply slip through the two dimensions or intentionally go with it to a new place for peace of mind.

While we cannot control our speed through life in terms of how many rotations we get to live but we can make each one count by giving ourself peace of mind and love.

Change one habit by making a commitment to yourself that you’re going to. Life is as beautiful as you choose to make it. But first, you must create your habits to give you the life you desire.
