The scariest part of “adulting” is knowing the risks that come from activities or changes, no matter how big or small, we know that risk is attached to pain so we try to avoid it in any way possible.
Pain is a huge part of growth. Our muscles hurt when we push then into changing during our fitness activities. Just like when we push our selves out of a bad situation and into a good one … The fear of failing or getting hurt can create an intense amount of pain that holds us hostage is we let it.
We have to learn that our lives will only improve because of our courage.
I’ve never met anyone that was determined to change and failed. When / if they do fail, it’s because they let fear run the roost. Call a spade a spade and get outta there.
When we’re honest, we have to have a heart-to-heart with ourselves about change and how hard it may be. Change scares everyone because the fear of not knowing is stronger than the fear of staying in your comfort zone.
Let’s be legit, you really don’t want to live in that zone you’ve settled into. You want to change and I don’t blame you, not one single bit.
We all desire a change in the parts of our lives that have the least amount of satisfaction. But first we have to take charge. Put a muzzle on your fear. Mentally pack with strength, dreams to change, courage, and faith. Then leave. Bounce outta there now while you still can.

You only live once, sweet girl. You have the courage to change your life before this chance goes away and changes the course of your life.
