Just completed the Anthem 5K which is the first leg of the Louisville Triple Crown of Running. This is my first time running the 5K! I walked here and there but majority of it was spent jogging and running.
My goal was to cross the finish line and I did that with flying colors and 3 amazing women that stayed with me the whole time. That is true friendship!
The Triple Crown of Running is a great way to help KDF Marathon/miniMarathon walkers, joggers, or runners with their training.
