There something about today that sparks unnecessary need for comfort. I can’t tell if it’s the crisp weather or the pools of a busy week. Either way I’m home for a moment and the only thing I can do is great my granny sweater and a super quick late lunch … Almost dinner time lunch. I get an “A” for effort though, right?
My go to comfort food is always something that involves peanut butter and milk. That sounds totally bizarre but who can ever say that a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and milk doesn’t remind them of childhood? No one I know and it’s easy peasy. Simplicity is the easiest approach to relaxation for me in my life.
So here’s my comfort of the day:
