Make Waves Monday comes from an amaxing group of women i connect with on Facebook. This group, along woth a few authors, yogis, artists, and other creatives have inspired me to cultivate a circle of women that are in my challenge groups.
It’s different than any other challenge group I’ve ever been in because it’s about supporting the whole person rather than just posting and selling food and fitness. It’s about having a healthy mind, body, and spirit. It’s more than just fitness, it’s a movement.
As I wrote this last night I glanced at the group and the women in it. I’m in such awe. Each of them are incredibly unique, beautiful, and they are true love and light makers.
I’m blessed to be a part of ther journey. I’m also so grateful to have them be a part of mine. Sharing our lives by posting about what we’re doing for our mind, body, and spirit, makes me stay on track with my New Year resolution to live mindfully and intentionally.
Choosing the people you surround yourself with plays a huge role in the life you will cultivate. Think about who is in your life and make it a challenge to yourself by seeing what makes that relationship work by the way it serves you and the people in your life.
Life is too short to spend it with toxic people.
If your list shows you that the relationships aren’t mutually beneficial than you must let them go. It will be hard but it creates space for the right people; your right peeps, your tribe.
Focus on relationships that are mutually beneficial for love, support, and light. It’s your life. Never forget that you’re worthy of living out our dreams, hopes, and fairy tale. Believe you can by practicing that mantra into your life.
Love attracks love. Spread love by throwing glitter around in your life. Be THAT “good girl” that makes waves into other people’s lives.
