Good morning!
Confession, I’ve been working on a post since my birthday and it’s taking longer than I planned. I originally planned on posting a list of lessons I’ve learned over the course of 33 years but I’m writing more than I anticipated so breaking the list up by each lesson is the best way to share it as a series.
Here’s my first and the most important: Time is our most valuable gift.
Time slips away every second and the worst part is that we’ll never get it back. Live the life you love. Define it how you see fit. It’s your life and (I personally believe) this is our only life on earth so be blissful as often as you can for as long as you can.
Stop and smell the flowers, autumn leaves, and try to avoid having an allergy or asthma attack.
Also, if there are people or things that make you unhappy, let them go so they can find their way. Letting go of what’s not meant for you is the only way you can ever give the gift of time to anyone.
“Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in awhile, you could miss it.” – Ferris Bueller

So true. I think about time always. It’s why I do what I do, because I love it and life is too short to spend it doing something you hate!
